iNet Network Scanner is a popular network discovery and analysis application for macOS and iOS devices.
Quickly scans your local network and displays every connected device (computers, phones, printers, smart TVs, IoT devices, etc.).
For each device, it shows IP address, MAC address (hardware address), manufacturer, hostname, and Bonjour name (if available).
Bonjour is Apple's zero-configuration networking protocol. The Bonjour browser shows all services (like printers, file sharing, AirPlay receivers, SSH servers) being advertised on your network by Macs, Apple TVs, AirPort base stations, and other compatible devices.
Allows you to scan a specific IP address to see which network ports are open (e.g., port 80 for web servers, port 22 for SSH). This is useful for checking the security of a device or for troubleshooting network services.
