Download the archive with the patch from: https://github.com/n6333373/sublime-self-patcher
Run the installer and launch Sublime Text: "C:\Program Files\Sublime Text\sublime_text.exe". You will see the "Enter License" window. Close this window. This launch is necessary so that the Packages folder is created here: "C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text\Packages". The general path looks like this: %appdata%\Sublime Text\Packages
Unzip the downloaded folder "sublime-self-patcher-main", enter it, and copy the "SelfPatcher" folder.
Navigate to the folder "C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Sublime Text\Packages" and paste the "SelfPatcher" folder into it.
Launch Sublime Text again: "C:\Program Files\Sublime Text\sublime_text.exe".
You will see a message with the question: "Do you want to patch this product?". Click "OK".
A message will appear with the text: "Patch done! Now the application will be restarted" (Translation: "Patching complete! The application will now restart"). Click "OK".
