Ceno Browser Alpha is an experimental mobile web browser with a very specific and ambitious goal: to provide internet access in regions with censorship, poor connectivity, or expensive data. It is not a traditional browser but rather a peer-to-peer (P2P) content distribution tool that uses the device-to-device sharing capabilities of the BitTorrent network to deliver web content.

You Request a Page: You type a URL into Ceno.
Request is Routed: Your request is sent to a "bridge" server outside the censored region.
Content is Distributed via P2P: The bridge server fetches the page and breaks it down into pieces. These pieces are then distributed across the BitTorrent network.
You Get the Page from Peers: Your Ceno browser acts as a BitTorrent client, downloading the pieces of the webpage from other Ceno users near you (who may have recently requested the same page) and simultaneously sharing the pieces you have.
The Browser Reassembles the Page: Ceno puts the pieces together and displays the webpage to you.
